B2B sales to become automated? I do not think so, there are so many aspects like educator, negotiator, consultant, solution configurator, service provider, and relationship manager. In CDMO, it is still essential that our Salespeople meet in person and that their travel budget is not too limited, especially not in times of crisis. What do you think, pls respond?
